Manchester City defender Richard Dunne faces a late fitness test on his injured
shin.
Dunne needed nine stitches in the injury he sustained during last week's defeat
to Reading and has complained of soreness but boss Sven-Goran Eriksson has refused
to rule him out.
Dunne's absence would leave Eriksson with few defensive options with Michael Ball
(knee) and Micah Richards (knee) still out. Martin Petrov is banned, but Nedum Onuoha
is back after a hamstring strain.
Scotland full-back Alan Hutton is expected to return to Tottenham's squad for the Premier League clash against Manchester City on Sunday after being ineligible for UEFA Cup duty in midweek.
Centre-backs Younes Kaboul (knee) and Ricardo Rocha (groin) have been carrying knocks, while Gilberto is back in contention after being dropped against PSV Eindhoven.
Gareth Bale (foot) and Benoit Assou-Ekotto (knee) are out for the season.
