Anthony Gardner

Defender Anthony Gardner has joined Everton on loan from Tottenham, the London club have confirmed.

The Toffees have been left short at the back with Joseph Yobo away at the Africa Cup of Nations and so David Moyes has moved to sign Gardner.

The 27-year-old England cap has featured just four times this season scoring one goal, against Everton back in August.
