Sulley Muntari's agent says Tottenham have had a bid for the Inter Milan midfielder rejected.
The Ghana international joined the Nerazzurri from Portsmouth last summer and helped Jose Mourinho's side to their fourth Serie A title in succession in his debut campaign in Italy.
Muntari was with Spurs boss Harry Redknapp at Pompey and has been linked with a return to the Premier League with the White Hart Lane side.
However, the midfielder's agent, Fabien Piveteau, says the former Udinese ace will be staying at the San Siro.
"There was an offer from Spurs but it was declined by Inter," Piveteau told the Daily Mail.
"Muntari still has four years left on his contract with Inter and he is happy to play there and win more things."
